Unsupported deposits are eligible for a refund via Self-Service if displayed on the Pending Asset page. Deposits not found on the Pending Asset page should use the Manual Procedure.

Bybit uses Coin Market Cap's Cryptocurrency Converter Calculator to determine unsupported coin deposit value in USD.

Traders must provide an external wallet address (non-Bybit) of the same blockchain type for the withdrawal process.

In the event that Bybit does not manage to perform an asset recovery, your unsupported coin deposits will result in a permanent loss.

Recovery terms acceptance implies acknowledgment of a potential 7-14 business day processing timeframe.
How to Submit a Recovery Request for Unsupported Deposit
Step 1: Click on Funding Account → History → History → Deposit to find your deposit history.

If you see an unsupported coin remark in the deposit record, please follow the A) Self-Service guide below which allows you to initiate a withdrawal.

If the deposit is not displayed on the Pending Asset page despite blockchain confirmation, please proceed to submit a request following B) Manual Procedure.
A) Self Service
Step 2: Go to the Pending Asset page and you will see the Pending Asset section from your Funding Account page.
Step 3: Under Unsupported Coin in the Pending Assets section, click on Withdraw in the Action column.
Step 4: Input a non-Bybit destination wallet address supporting the coin where you intend to receive the funds. Make sure to also input the correct tag/memo if any. Then, click on Submit.
Your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted!
Note: A fixed handling fee in USDT for unsupported coin withdrawal will be deducted from your Funding Account. If you don’t have sufficient USDT in your Funding Account you can transfer from other accounts or make a deposit. For more information, please refer to How to Transfer Assets on Bybit or How to Make a Deposit.
B) Manual Procedure
Step 2: If you cannot find your deposited asset in either your deposit history or the Pending Asset page, please fill up the Asset Recovery form and our Customer Support will contact you within 3 to 5 working days. Our team may initiate an asset recovery procedure, with a handling fee of 200 USD.
